A sleeve is one project, not six appointments.

Multi session work tracked as one project, a list of who has not been back, and a touch-up booked like any other appointment. Not a spreadsheet standing in for a real client book.

The Oak and Iron Tattoo client book: every client, their projects, and when they were last in.

A sleeve is one project, not six appointments.

Multi session work is tracked as a single project with its own name and status, not a pile of bookings that happen to be for the same person.

  • One thread for the whole piece. Every session against a sleeve or a back piece sits under one project, start to finish.
  • Named the way you would say it. "Sarah's forearm sleeve," not four appointments with nothing tying them together.
  • History that travels with the piece. Reference photos and notes from session one are still there at session four.

Who has not been back.

A list, not a guess. Filter the client book by last visit and see who has gone quiet, ordered so the coldest relationships sit at the top.

  • A real filter, not a feeling. Sort by last session instead of trying to remember who you have not seen.
  • You decide who to reach. Message a client straight from their record when you want to. Nothing sends itself.
  • The client's whole history is right there. What they had done, when, and by which artist, before you say a word.

You reach out. Nothing sends itself.

A touch-up, booked like any other appointment.

There is no separate touch-up system. It is a session on the same project, on the same calendar, with the same reminder.

  • On the project it belongs to. A touch-up lands under the original piece, with its history already attached.
  • A normal appointment reminder. The client gets the same reminder any booked session gets, nothing special rigged up for it.
  • No separate booking flow to learn. Book it the way you book anything else.

The questions we get

Straight answers, before you have to ask.

Does the client book message people for me?
No. It surfaces who has not been back so you can decide who to reach, and standard appointment reminders send for anything booked. Aftercare emails do send on their own, on day 1, 3, and 14 after a session; there is no automated win-back campaign messaging clients without you.
How does a sleeve or a back piece get tracked across sessions?
As one project with its own name and status, holding every session underneath it. You are not left explaining the same piece to yourself every time you open the book.
Is there a design approval thread?
Yes. Send the design to the client from their record, and they approve it, or ask for changes, from their portal. The approval is saved against the piece, and the two-way thread is still there for the conversation around it.
Is my client list really mine?
Yes. Export it whenever you want. We do not market to your clients and we do not rent them back to you.
