“By trade” means a Team plan shows each seat the tools for the trade they work in; a tattoo artist gets consent forms, a photographer gets galleries, in the same shop.

Before you ask.
How do I know which plan I'm on?
Your trade picks it. You tell us what you do when you sign up, and you get that plan. Hair, barber, nails, lash & brow and massage are $29, tattoo is $39, photography is $49, per month billed annually; month-to-month is $6 more on any plan.
I do two trades. Which one am I?
Pick the one you make most of your money from; that's your primary trade and it sets your plan. If that changes, get in touch and we'll move you over.
Do you take a cut of what I earn?
No. You keep every dollar of a booking beyond the card processing rate, and we take 0% of gallery and print sales too. The subscription is how we make money; there's no cut on top of it.
Is there an unlimited storage plan?
No, and we'd rather say so than surprise you later. Studio includes 100 GB and more is $10/mo per 250 GB. That add-on renews every month for as long as the files are there.
Why is tattoo more than hair?
Because the trade genuinely needs more. Signed consent and waiver forms, a recorded age and ID check, and flash priced per piece aren't nice-to-haves for a tattoo artist; they're how the work legally happens. That's what the extra $10 builds. Deposits aren't part of it: every plan takes deposits, including Solo.
Why is photography $49?
Storage. Photography is the only trade here that hands over large files at the end of every job, and Studio includes 100 GB of client delivery galleries to carry them. The other trades don't need that, so they don't pay for it.
Is there a contract?
Not on the software subscription. It's month to month, on any plan, and you can cancel whenever you want. A contract applies only to a custom site build or the Premium Marketing add-on, and only if you choose one of those.
What happens if I stop paying?
Access locks immediately, the dashboard, the app, booking, reports, all at once, on every plan and every trade. The one thing that stays up is your public website, with your contact details showing and booking switched off until you're back. We'd rather spell that out than have either half be a surprise.
Who owns my domain?
You do. It's registered in your name, you own it, and you can take it with you if you ever leave. We manage the DNS for it while you're a customer.
Want us to build and run it for you?
The plans above are the software, which you run yourself. The agency is a different service, priced on its own: we design the site, wire it up, and keep the marketing running. Neither one requires the other.
