Book it, shoot it, deliver it, get paid.

Turbo Link Studio is the whole photography business in one system: a designed website, online booking, client galleries, a real CRM, client messaging, payments, and an app for you and your clients. One subscription instead of four, and a real person on the phone when you need one.

$49 per month, billed annually One subscription covers all ten systems, from the website to the galleries to the apps. Nothing on this page is a paid add-on. See the whole list.

One system, five bays. Open any of them:

A real website, built to be found.

Six designed looks, switchable anytime. Your domain, your photos, your brand.

  • Every look is customizable. Your photos, your services, your prices, your words. Switch looks whenever you want and your content carries over.
  • A custom domain is included. Clients land on your own address, not a booking link with someone else's name in it.
  • Built to show up in search. A real multi-page site on your own domain is what appears when someone nearby searches for a photographer. Every page carries proper titles and descriptions, so your portfolio and services can be found.
  • Want fully custom? A designer at the studio builds your site from $349, on the same system.
Explore the website

Six looks, each opening a real working studio: weddings, live music, sport, engagements, fine art and interiors. Click around, book a fake session, break nothing.

Booking both of you will trust.

Your client books in two minutes. It lands on your calendar signed, deposited, and impossible to double-book.

  • For your client: a clean booking page with no account to create. They pick the session, ask their questions, and pay the deposit online.
  • For you: the session book fills itself in. The deposit holds the date, the contract goes out for signature, and the whole thing lands on the client's record without you retyping anything.
Explore the dashboard

Galleries that deliver, then sell.

Watermarked until paid. Beautiful on their phone. 100 GB included.

  • For your client: a gallery they sign into with a code, watermarked previews they can share, and one place to buy the photos, right where they are already looking at them.
  • For you: upload once from the gallery desk, set the price, and watch what has been viewed, favorited, and purchased. Full resolution unlocks itself the moment they pay.
Explore the client experience

Every gallery is a storefront.

Digital downloads, prints, and keepsakes, sold where your clients already are.

  • Your catalog, your prices. Single photos, favorites bundles, whole galleries, print sizes, and keepsakes. You decide what is on the shelf and what it costs.
  • Sales without the sales pitch. The store sits one tab away from the photos they love. No separate link to email, no second checkout to explain.
  • One order, one payment. Studio takes the order and the payment in the same place it delivered the gallery, and it shows up in your books like everything else.
Explore the client experience

A client book that works the room.

Every client, one card: notes, sessions, contracts, invoices, and the nudge to rebook.

  • A real profile per client. Session history, your private notes, preferences, contracts and e-signatures, invoices and payments, all on one card per person and per session.
  • It notices before you do. Rebook clocks flag who is due for the annual session; quiet-client filters surface who has gone dark.
  • Marketing built in. Send a win-back offer, request a review, or message a client straight from their profile. No exporting a list into a separate email tool.
Explore the CRM

The studio, in your pocket.

Your day, your clients, and your money, from the phone that is already in your hand.

  • For you: today's sessions, client messages, and payments on the spot, including tap to pay on iPhone. Wrap a shoot and collect the balance before you reach the car.
  • For your clients: their portal works beautifully on their phone, nothing to download, or the Turbo Link app if they'd rather have an icon. Galleries, bookings, messages, and invoices, either way.

Take the app tour

Bring your second shooter in, without handing over the keys.

Assign them to one session. They see exactly what you decide, and nothing else in your business.

Invite them by email before they have even made an account. They accept or decline and tell you when they are free. On the day they open the run of show, work the shot list and tick shots off, check what to bring, and talk to the rest of the crew in a thread your client never sees. They sign their own contractor agreement from inside the session. If you run a studio with a team, you record what you owe them and mark it paid inside the session; on your own, you settle up however you already do.

Set per person

Seven switches, set per person and per session. A retoucher sees the gallery and nothing else. Your regular second shooter gets the shot list and the timeline but not what the wedding sold for. Your associate gets all of it. The switch that stays off most often is the last one: they see their own pay, never what the day billed.

A second shooter costs you nothing
Assigned session work is never charged for. Bring a whole crew onto a wedding on the same subscription.

Studio replaces every one of these.

Most working photographers pay for three or four of these and glue them together with exports and copy-paste. Studio does all eight jobs itself, so you cancel them outright. Not export to them, not sync with them, not pay for them alongside us. Cancel them.

The questions we get

Straight answers, before you have to ask.

How do we actually get set up?

A person on our team sets it up with you: your site, your services, your prices, walked through together. There's no importer to run on your own and nothing you have to configure alone.

Can I change my website's look later?

Anytime. All six looks are switchable and your photos, services, and words carry over. If you outgrow the looks, a designer builds you a fully custom site from $349.

Is 100 GB actually enough?

That's delivered JPEGs, not RAW files, and it covers most studios' finished work for a full season. Need more? Storage adds $10 a month per 250 GB, a stated add-on, not a surprise tier.

Who prints the orders?

A professional print lab, at your prices. You choose what's in the store and set the price above a lab cost you can see; the lab prints and ships, and Studio handles the order and the payment in one place, with no separate login for you or your client.

What happens when a gallery expires?

Galleries expire; what they bought doesn't. Anything a client downloaded or ordered stays theirs after the preview link goes dark.

Is there a contract?

Not on the software subscription. It's month to month, and you can cancel whenever you want. A contract applies only to a custom site build or the Premium Marketing add-on, and only if you choose one of those.

What happens if I stop paying?

Access locks immediately, the dashboard, the galleries, gallery sales, all at once. Your public site stays up with your contact details on it, with booking switched off until you're back. That's the whole story, and we'd rather say it plainly than have it surprise you.

Who owns the domain?

You do. It's registered in your name, and if you ever leave, you take it with you. We manage the DNS for it while you're a customer.

All of it, for this.
