Does every lead from my website land here automatically?
However it reaches you, a call, the site, or someone stopping by, it goes into this one list once you add it. Nothing lives only in your phone's messages after that.
What actually happens when someone books a real slot?
The booking page reads your real availability, refuses a time already taken, refuses a time in the past, books it, and creates a task for you automatically. We verified this live, as an anonymous visitor, before writing this page.
Can I run a card here?
No. Money against a job is a ledger, a record of what has come in and how. It does not process a card.
Does the homeowner need to log in to see or sign a document?
No. A document travels as a link. Opening it marks it viewed and timestamps it, and signing records the name, the email, the time, the IP address and the browser. No account, no password.
Can I import my existing data from Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Not automatically. There is no importer today, so your customers and jobs go in by hand to start.
Is there a contract?
Not on the $74 a month software. It is month to month, and you can cancel whenever you want. A contract applies only to a custom site build or the Premium Marketing add-on, and only if you choose one of those.
What happens if I stop paying?
Access to the Command Center locks immediately, the dashboard, the documents, all of it, at once. The website you paid to build stays live, with its booking switched off and your contact details showing, because you paid for it. We would rather say that plainly than have it surprise you.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It is registered in your name, and if you ever leave, you take it with you. We manage the DNS for it while you are a customer.
