A client book that fills quiet weeks.

Visit history and private notes, due-to-rebook and gone-quiet filters, win-backs flagged at ten weeks, and birthdays this month. It notices who to reach before you have to remember to.

The Clients screen: every client with due to rebook, overdue, birthdays this month, and new this month filters.

Visit history, and notes only you see.

Every visit, what they paid, and the private notes that make the next appointment feel remembered.

  • A real profile per client. Visit history, spend, who they see, and your private notes on one card instead of a spreadsheet and a memory.
  • Notes stay private. What you write about a client's color formula or preferences is yours, not shown to them.
  • Formulas keep their history. Edit a color formula and the old mix is archived, not overwritten, so last year's gloss is still there to repeat or avoid.
  • Patch tests, on the record. The test and its settling window sit on the client, and a missing or stale test warns before the appointment, not after.
  • Lifetime value, right there. What a client has spent since their first visit, next to when they started.
The client book: every client with their last visit, lifetime spend and rebook status.

Due to rebook, and gone quiet.

Filters that surface exactly who to reach, without scrolling the whole list to guess.

  • Due to rebook. Clients who are on schedule for their next visit, ready for a nudge.
  • Overdue and gone quiet. Clients who've drifted past their usual rhythm, caught before they're gone for good.
  • New this month. First-time clients, flagged so a second visit doesn't slip.

Win-backs, flagged at ten weeks.

When a client goes quiet, the book flags them at the ten-week mark, with a win-back nudge one tap away.

  • It flags itself. No one has to remember to look. Who has drifted sits under what needs attention, timed off each client's own visit rhythm, and the nudge sends from their record in one tap.
  • Real two-way messages. A client can reply, and you answer from the dashboard or your phone, not a noreply address.

Birthdays, this month.

The easiest marketing a salon can do, sitting right there, one tap away.

  • Surfaced automatically. Upcoming birthdays sit right on the dashboard, with who the client sees attached.
  • A tap sends the message. No spreadsheet to check, no calendar reminder to set yourself.

Fair questions, straight answers.

The details before you have to ask.

Is my client list really mine?

Yes. The book is yours, not ours. Your clients, their history, and their contact details belong to the salon, and if you ever leave, your list goes with you.

What counts as gone quiet?

A client who has drifted well past their usual visit rhythm. The flag raises at ten weeks past their expected rebook, off how often they actually come in, not on a guess.

Can I write my own win-back message?

Yes. The studio sets it up with you when you start, and you can change the wording anytime you want a different tone.

Do I need to pay extra to message clients?

No. Two-way messages, confirmations, reminders, and receipts are part of every plan, with no per-message charge. Texting is not switched on yet, and we would rather say so plainly; when it is, 100 client texts a month will be included, with a $15 bundle beyond that as the only text add-on.

Never wonder who to call.
