Start a team or group chat

Open the Messages tab.

"Set up a shop or crew" creates your team space, "New group chat" makes an ad hoc group, and "Plan an event" starts a conversation attached to an event.

Event chat is worth understanding. An event has a Team chat that is private and the client cannot see, and separately a Client communication thread that they can. The event screen labels which is which, so check before typing anything about money.
