Message a client

Open the Messages tab. It is described as your team, events, and clients in one inbox.

The filters across the top are All, Team, Events, and Clients. There is a search box for finding a conversation by content rather than scrolling.

"Message a client" starts a new one-to-one conversation. Home also has a Messages quick action.
