Assign your team to an event and set their cut

Open the event and work through the schedule. Each person you assign has their own line, and their cut is set on that line. If nobody has one yet it says "No cut set yet. Add one on their line in the schedule above."

The event watches for a mismatch and tells you: "Paid on a line but not on the roster above" flags someone getting money who is not actually assigned. That is the kind of thing you only notice at the end of the month otherwise.

Assigned helpers get access to that event only, and only after they accept.
