Your chair, fully booked.
Turbo Link Studio runs the whole salon: a designed website, online booking with deposits, your client book, payments and tips, and a real person who answers when you call. Your clients, your money, your name on the door.
$29 Solo, per month, billed annually One subscription runs all of it: the website, the booking and deposits, the client book, the payments and tips. See what is included.
One subscription, five systems. Open any of them:
A real website, not a booking page.
Designed with you by the studio, on your own domain, built to get found.
- A designer builds it with you. Your services, your prices, your photos, your voice. This is a real multi-page site that sells the salon, not a booking link with your logo dropped on it.
- Your own domain is included. Clients land on your name, and search engines rank it. When someone nearby searches for balayage or lived-in color, pages win, not link-in-bios.
- Booking is built into every page. The Book button is always one tap away, and every request lands in your appointment book with a card on file.
- Want it fully custom? A designer builds your site from $349, on the same system.

Booked while you're behind the chair.
Clients book online with a card on file. It lands in an appointment book that cannot double-book a chair.
- For your client: pick the service, the stylist, and the time, and hold it with a deposit. No phone tag, no DMs left on read.
- For you: every request arrives with the client's details attached, deposits take the sting out of no-shows, and the whole salon reads one book with statuses you can trust.

A client book that fills quiet weeks.
Every client's visits, spend, and notes, plus the filters that tell you who to reach.
- One card per client. Visit history, what they paid, who they see, and your private notes, all in one place instead of a spreadsheet and a memory.
- It notices who's overdue. Due-to-rebook and gone-quiet filters surface the clients slipping away, timed off each client's own visit rhythm, with a win-back nudge one tap from their record.
- The trade, on the record. Color formulas keep their history when edited, patch tests carry a settling window that warns before the appointment, and nail and lash records hold shape, length, finish, and the fill cycle that sets the rebook clock.
- Real two-way messages. Clients reply to you, and you answer from the dashboard or your phone. Not just appointment reminders shouting into the void.
- Birthdays this month, one tap. The easiest marketing a salon can do, sitting right there.

Money that closes out the day with you.
Checkout with tips on every ticket, deposits at booking, and payouts on your schedule.
- Tips are first-class. Every ticket carries its tip, and the week's tips show up beside the week's take instead of living in a shoebox.
- Instant payout when you want it. Standard payouts are free; same-day money costs 1.5% and only when you ask.
- Booth rent, tracked. Who's paid, who's due, without the awkward group text.
- Everything on the client's record. Deposits, tickets, and products, one history per person.

The salon, in your pocket.
Your book, your clients, and your money from the phone at your station.
- For you: check the day between clients, answer a message with color processing, and take a payment before they reach the door.
- For your clients: nothing to download, or the app if they'd rather have one. Either way the link opens even inside Instagram, right where they found you.

Bring a second pair of hands to the job.
A bridal party, a shoot, an event off-site: assign whoever is helping to that one booking, and nothing else.
Invite them by email before they have even made an account. They accept or decline and tell you when they are free. On the day they work from the same checklist you do, see what to bring, and talk to the rest of the team in a thread the client never sees. They sign their own paperwork. If the salon is a shop with a team, you record what you owe them and mark it paid inside the booking; on your own, you settle up however you already do.

Seven switches, set per person and per booking. An assistant sees the timeline and nothing else. The stylist working the party with you sees the client and the schedule but not what the day sold for. Your co-owner sees all of it.
Clear the counter.
Most salons pay for three or four of these and stitch them together by hand. Everything you just scrolled past does those jobs under one roof, with one login.
Everything on the vanity.

The questions we get
Straight answers, before you have to ask.
How do we actually get set up?
A person on our team sets it up with you: your site, your services, your prices, your book, walked through together. There's no importer to run on your own and nothing you have to configure alone.
Is my client list really mine?
Yes. The book is yours, not ours. Your clients, their history, and their contact details belong to the salon, and if you ever leave, your list goes with you.
What about booth renters?
Solo at $29 runs one chair. Team at $89 covers the whole salon up to nine chairs, flat, with booth rent tracked so who's paid and who's due is never a group text.
Do my clients need the app?
No. The portal opens from a link in the browser, and the link works even inside Instagram and Facebook. Nothing to download, no password to forget. The app is there too, for anyone who'd rather have an icon on their phone, and both reach the same booking and history. It is the same Turbo Link app either way: the first time it opens it asks whether they are a professional or a client, and it takes them to their own side.
Is there a contract?
Not on the software subscription. It's month to month, and you can cancel whenever you want. A contract applies only to a custom site build or the Premium Marketing add-on, and only if you choose one of those.
What happens if I stop paying?
Access locks immediately, the booking page, the book, the dashboard, all at once. Your site stays up with your contact details on it, with booking switched off until you're back. That's the whole story, and we'd rather say it plainly than have it surprise you.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It's registered in your name, and if you ever leave, you take it with you. We manage the DNS for it while you're a customer.
Sit down. We'll handle the rest.
