Can I switch from Vagaro or GlossGenius without losing my clients?

Your client list is your business, not the software's. Vagaro and GlossGenius both let you export your clients, usually as a CSV file with names, contact info, and sometimes visit history.

The switch itself is two steps: export from the old tool, import into the new one. What you lose in the move is usually formatting details, like custom fields or notes structured a specific way, not the clients themselves.

The bigger risk is not the data, it is momentum. Clients who bookmarked your old booking link need to find the new one, so plan to update your Instagram bio, Google listing, and any text you send around the switch.

Turbo Link imports clients by CSV, and if you ever decide to leave, you can export everything again, so the same door swings both ways.
