Report a problem or suggest an idea

Open Menu, then HELP, then Help & feedback.

Choose whether something is wrong or you have an idea, write what happened in the box, and tap Send. There is no category to pick, no urgency to guess at, and no subject line to write.

Write it the way you would tell a person. What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead is plenty.

After sending it says "Sent, thanks. We'll reply right here", and the reply lands in that same thread rather than in your email.

Details about your device and app version are attached automatically, so you do not need to hunt for a version number.
