Message a group of clients at once

Filter your Clients list to the group you want, then tap Message these clients, or tick people individually and use Message selected.

Write a Subject and a Message. Preview (first match) renders it as the first person on the list will actually receive it, which is the fastest way to catch a greeting that reads wrong. The send button names how many clients it will go to, so you always confirm against a real number.

Once sent it says "Sent to the outbox" and offers Back to clients. Outbox means queued and on its way, not failed.

Remember that clients you imported from a spreadsheet get appointment emails only until they opt in, so a marketing send will not reach all of them. That is deliberate.
