Approve or decline a booking request

Open the Requests tab. Home also shows a count of what is waiting on you.

Each request offers Approve, or Convert and book if it needs turning into a real appointment first, or Decline. Declining asks "Decline this request?" before it commits.

If the tab is empty it explains why: booking requests from your public page show up here. No public page or no requests yet means nothing to see.

Whether a booking lands here at all depends on your service settings. Anything set to Always request waits for you, anything set to Always instant does not.
