Booking & cancellation policy
- Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available on qualifying bookings.
- 24+ hours notice to cancel or reschedule: 25% of the service is charged.
- Same-day cancellation: 50% of the service is charged.
- No-show: 75% of the service is charged.
- More than 15 minutes late: your stylist may need to cancel and rebook, with a late fee.
- Appointment only — no walk-ins. For everyone's comfort, we ask that children not accompany guests in the salon.
