From the studio
I spent six years cooking before I picked up a camera, which is the only reason I know when a room is about to look its best. I shoot before service, and I never move a table more than an inch.
Book a session
A room photographs best about twenty minutes before anybody thinks it is ready.
The studio
Hollis and Field photograph interiors, hospitality and the brands inside them. Restaurants, hotels, studios and the people who run them, shot in daylight and delivered ready for print, press and menus.

Working together
A plan before the day
A simple run of show, so everyone knows what happens when.
A shot list, and wardrobe notes
The must-have shots and what to wear, worked out ahead of time rather than guessed on the day.
Inspiration, shared
Reference photos land in the plan before the session, so we're aiming at the same picture.
A private gallery, after
Finished photos live in an online gallery just for you, to view, favorite, and download.
