Sheet 04Walkthrough and estimate
We meet at the house, walk the space together, and talk through what you want and what it takes. You get a written estimate with real numbers, not a teaser.
Scope and schedule
Before work starts you have a written scope, a price, and a calendar. If something changes later, it changes on paper first.
Selections
Cabinets, tile, fixtures, finishes: we narrow the choices to ones that fit the budget and the house, and lock them in before demolition day.
The build
Our crew shows up when we said they would, protects the parts of the house we are not touching, and keeps you posted as rooms take shape.
Walkthrough and sign-off
We walk the finished work together with the punch list in hand, fix what needs fixing, and hand the space back only when you sign it off.
The whole job, on paper, before it starts.

Built by Ray Kessler.
I ran crews for eleven years before I put my own name on a truck. We take one job at a time, we start when we say we will, and the same person who priced your work is the one you call when you have a question about it.
Let’s price your project.
Walk us through the house and what you want from it. You’ll get a straight answer on scope and cost, on paper.
